As a Colombian, I cannot overlook One Hundred Years of Solitude by Gabriel García Márquez—it’s my favorite book. I have read this book at different stages of my life, and, with each reading, I discover something new. Currently, I’m enjoying a captivating adaptation of the book on Netflix. I also admire the works of Mario Vargas Llosa and Milan Kundera.
